The Pearl & Rue Return Policy

At The Pearl & Rue, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items

Jewelry and accessories

Hats and hair accessories

Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@thepearlandrue.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.

Return Conditions

Returns may be denied if items show signs of wear, washing, makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke odors, or any damage not present upon delivery.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Pearl & Rue reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.
